2. Description of Service​

IAIndex provides:

  • Content attribution protocol
  • Index hosting and management
  • Receipt processing and analytics
  • API access

3. Publisher Obligations​

Publishers must:

  • Verify domain ownership
  • Provide accurate content metadata
  • Maintain valid contact information
  • Respond to receipt webhooks

4. Client Obligations​

AI clients must:

  • Submit valid receipts for content access
  • Provide accurate usage information
  • Respect license terms
  • Maintain valid signatures

5. Intellectual Property​

Publishers retain all rights to their content. IAIndex provides infrastructure only.

6. Prohibited Uses​

You may not:

  • Falsify receipts or signatures
  • Submit fraudulent data
  • Abuse the API
  • Violate others' rights

7. Termination​

We may terminate accounts for:

  • Terms of Service violations
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment (for paid plans)

8. Limitation of Liability​

IAIndex is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss
  • Third-party actions

9. Changes to Terms​

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
